Products & Craftsmanship

House of Gara specialises in handcrafted creations. Due to the nature of hand embroidery and artisanal craftsmanship, slight variations in colour, embroidery, motifs, placement, dimensions, or finishing may occur.

Such variations are inherent to handcrafted products and do not ordinarily constitute defects.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Pricing

Orders

House of Gara reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or product unavailability. If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, customer-requested cancellations are not permitted.

Customisation

Colour and minor customisations may be available for selected products. Customisation requests are subject to feasibility and confirmation by our team.

Customised or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged except where the product is received with a verified defect or incorrect item, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
